The Plaza shopping centre has let two units at 120 Oxford Street, London W1.
Women’s boutique fashion retailer M Butterfly has taken Units G5 and G6 totalling 1250 square feet.
Waterstone’s has taken anchor Unit F17, providing the retailer with two floors of trading space spanning 3920 square feet.
